BTPTC, grassroots volunteers and Toa Payoh residents were delighted to join Mr Cai Yinzhou 蔡引舟, MP to Bishan-Toa Payoh GRC, at the Official Opening of this latest hotspot at Toa Payoh Central on 21 June 2025! A new age playground built for the children in the neighbourhood, it has fast become a June holidays hotspot for Toa Payoh residents of all ages!
