Modes of Payment

Giro Payment

You can pay your service & conservancy charges (SC/CC) through the Inter-Bank Giro.

To apply, simply:

  1. Obtain a Giro Application Form from Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council or print out a copy of this Giro Application Form.
  2. Fill in Part I of the form only.

  3. Return the completed form to:

    Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council
    Block 125A Lorong 2 Toa Payoh
    #01-134 Singapore 311125

  4. An acknowledgement card will be sent to you upon receiving the completed form
  5. Giro application will take about 2 months to process. During this period, please continue to pay by cash/cheque.
  6. We will inform you of the commencement date for Giro deduction.
  7. Maintain sufficient funds in your bank account.
  8. For inquiries, please call 6259 6700.

Recurring Credit Card Payment Scheme

You can make recurring monthly payments of the S&CC via your credit card.

Simply provide us with the particulars of your credit card, Town Council account number and flat address of payment using the application form provided below, and return the duly signed form to:

DBS / POSB

  • Under Bill Payment, select Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council, enter 11-digit Town Council reference number and Amount.

OCBC

  • Select Bill Payment and add Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council into the list of payee organisations.
  • Enter 11-digit TC reference number and click Submit.
  • Select Make Payment to pay.

Standard Chartered

  • One-time set-up.
  • Go to Add Billing Organisation, Select Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council, and enter 11-digit Town Council reference number.
  • Select Pay Bill for making payment. Select Payment account, Town Council account and enter Amount.

You can make payments after office hours at 24-Hour SAM Kiosks with NETS, VISA/ Mastercard, AMEX.

Other Modes of Payment

In order to provide convenience to residents in paying the service and conservancy charges, we have made available several modes of payment.

Payment via Cash, NETS or Credit Cards

Visit us at our offices during our office hours.
Mondays - Fridays 8:00am to 5:30pm
(Payment counters close at 5:00pm)

Payment via Cheque

Cheque should be made payable to 'Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council'.

Please remember to include your address and TC Reference Number on the reverse side of the cheque.

No change for now. You will continue receiving paper invoices as usual. Your accessibility remains our priority.

FOR COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES

Starting 1 July 2026, invoices will be emailed. Please update your contact details by 31 March 2026.
