Property Officer

Responsibilities:
You will assist the Property Manager in:

Quality management & maintenance of Public Housing Estate
Supervision of contracts in building maintenance
Respond to feedback
Liaise with grassroots organisations & government agencies
Co-ordinate projects

Requirements:

Diploma in Building/ Civil & Structural Engineering or Building / Real Estate Management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
