Available Positions

Planning & Contracts Executive

Responsibilities:
The candidate reports to the Planning & Contracts Manager and will assist the Manager in areas of quantity surveying, contract administration and project management for term contracts, cyclical and upgrading works within estates.

He/ She shall be tasked to carry out the following duties:

  1. Conduct site studies to determine the scope of work
  2. Source latest related pricing and best practices to ensure competitiveness
  3. Prepare, call for and evaluate tenders for term contracts, estate improvement, cyclical projects, upgrading works, etc.
  4. Liaise with contractor, consultants & government agencies on projects matters
  5. Liaise with other departments on agreements & compliance matters
  6. Supervise repairs & replacement, repainting, re-roofing, upgrading of facilities and other cyclical and estate improvement works
  7. Value works in progress and prepare variations and progress payments
  8. Engage residents and manage public feedback
  9. Maintain good housekeeping and record keeping for Procurement / Tender / Quotation matters

Requirements:

  1. Degree/ Diploma in Building/Construction, Property/Real Estate or related courses
  2. Have a positive working attitude, proactive and meticulous
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant work experience

Property Officer / Executive

Responsibilities:
The candidate reports to the Property Manager and assist the Property Manager in the estate management of estates, comprising the following job duties:-

  1. Provide assistance and support to residents in addressing residents' feedback and requests
  2. Oversees the contractors performing estate maintenance, improvement projects and cleanliness. Conduct daily inspections of the estate to ensure a clean and conducive living environment for our residents
  3. Identify building defects and recommend/ implement remedial actions including carrying out preventive and cyclical maintenance works
  4. Initiate, execute preventive and corrective maintenance works from identification of areas of improvement, obtain quotations, issuance of work orders to supervision of satisfactory delivery of works
  5. Carry out enforcement of Town Council’s By-Laws
  6. Conduct home visits to arrears cases so as to identify financial hardship cases
  7. Work closely with grassroots leaders, government agencies and community partners to create a harmonious and conducive living

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Professional Certificate / NITEC, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate in Building / Construction, Property / Real Estate or related courses
  2. Have a positive working attitude, proactive and meticulous
  3. Able to work under pressure
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  5. No medical barriers and physically fit
  6. Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant work experience

Information Technology & Digitalisation Officer / Executive

Responsibilities:
The candidate reports to the IT&D HOD and will assist in managing the full spectrum of IT&D functions.

He/ She shall be tasked to carry out the following duties:

Operation

  1. Provide IT Support to all the office within the organisation
  2. Provide efficient and effective day-to-day IT support to operation
  3. Administer and maintain servers, computers, network and communication channels (email and telephone system)
  4. Install and configure IT operating systems and applications
  5. Perform backups, apply operating system updates, patches
  6. Liaise with various IT vendors and System Providers to perform troubleshooting, rectification backup and/or assistance in patching/upgrading of all system installed in our office
  7. Ensure that all IT helpdesk request are handled professionally and executed in a timely manner
  8. Source for products, evaluate and propose new office hardware and software
  9. Provide simple trainings to end-user as required
  10. IT Asset management including hardware and software license management
  11. Render support for IT recovery, IT audit and project implementation
  12. Perform any other IT related tasks assigned as required by the management

Data Science

  1. Access to organisation information through various systems and create ways of reporting on data
  2. Review and compare sets of data to gain insight and suggest control/enhancement which are practical for the organisation to implement and track
  3. Apply statistical and data mining techniques to identify emerging trends, anomalies and opportunities, to derive assessments and drive toward insight improving growth, experience and key operational decisions
  4. Explore and implement analytical solutions using existing data infrastructure
  5. Manage monthly and ad hoc reporting to respective data owners
  6. Present analytical insights to management via ad-hoc reports
  7. Maintain and improve existing data gathering process to enable prompt turnaround for ad hoc review

Requirements:

  1. Degree or Diploma in relevant disciple, Data Science / Analytical field preferred
  2. Relevant work experience would be a plus point
  3. Knowledge of common analytical tool. (Power BI, Python, Excel, etc)
  4. Skills required to handle software development and cloud-based technologies
  5. Effective analytic/diagnostic skills
  6. Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
  7. Innovative mindset and able to challenge assumptions
  8. Good knowledge of new/latest technologies and technological trends, and able to gauge suitability to the TC’s needs
  9. Performance driven, capable of working independently or with a team and have high level of initiative and integrity
