Property Officer / Executive
Responsibilities:
The candidate reports to the Property Manager and assist the Property Manager in the estate management of estates, comprising the following job duties:-
- Provide assistance and support to residents in addressing residents' feedback and requests
- Oversees the contractors performing estate maintenance, improvement projects and cleanliness. Conduct daily inspections of the estate to ensure a clean and conducive living environment for our residents
- Identify building defects and recommend/ implement remedial actions including carrying out preventive and cyclical maintenance works
- Initiate, execute preventive and corrective maintenance works from identification of areas of improvement, obtain quotations, issuance of work orders to supervision of satisfactory delivery of works
- Carry out enforcement of Town Council’s By-Laws
- Conduct home visits to arrears cases so as to identify financial hardship cases
- Work closely with grassroots leaders, government agencies and community partners to create a harmonious and conducive living
Requirements:
- Minimum Professional Certificate / NITEC, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate in Building / Construction, Property / Real Estate or related courses
- Have a positive working attitude, proactive and meticulous
- Able to work under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- No medical barriers and physically fit
- Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant work experience

Information Technology & Digitalisation Officer / Executive
Responsibilities:
The candidate reports to the IT&D HOD and will assist in managing the full spectrum of IT&D functions.
He/ She shall be tasked to carry out the following duties:
Operation
- Provide IT Support to all the office within the organisation
- Provide efficient and effective day-to-day IT support to operation
- Administer and maintain servers, computers, network and communication channels (email and telephone system)
- Install and configure IT operating systems and applications
- Perform backups, apply operating system updates, patches
- Liaise with various IT vendors and System Providers to perform troubleshooting, rectification backup and/or assistance in patching/upgrading of all system installed in our office
- Ensure that all IT helpdesk request are handled professionally and executed in a timely manner
- Source for products, evaluate and propose new office hardware and software
- Provide simple trainings to end-user as required
- IT Asset management including hardware and software license management
- Render support for IT recovery, IT audit and project implementation
- Perform any other IT related tasks assigned as required by the management
Data Science
- Access to organisation information through various systems and create ways of reporting on data
- Review and compare sets of data to gain insight and suggest control/enhancement which are practical for the organisation to implement and track
- Apply statistical and data mining techniques to identify emerging trends, anomalies and opportunities, to derive assessments and drive toward insight improving growth, experience and key operational decisions
- Explore and implement analytical solutions using existing data infrastructure
- Manage monthly and ad hoc reporting to respective data owners
- Present analytical insights to management via ad-hoc reports
- Maintain and improve existing data gathering process to enable prompt turnaround for ad hoc review
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in relevant disciple, Data Science / Analytical field preferred
- Relevant work experience would be a plus point
- Knowledge of common analytical tool. (Power BI, Python, Excel, etc)
- Skills required to handle software development and cloud-based technologies
- Effective analytic/diagnostic skills
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Innovative mindset and able to challenge assumptions
- Good knowledge of new/latest technologies and technological trends, and able to gauge suitability to the TC’s needs
- Performance driven, capable of working independently or with a team and have high level of initiative and integrity
