Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council (BTPTC) is proud to receive the Municipal Services Award (MSA) 2023 in Team Category! We are glad that the Community Library at Blk 101B Lorong 2 Toa Payoh has benefitted our residents, making the estate a more conducive place for living. We are also privileged to be able to share how this initiative came about, with 9 months of conceptualising, brainstorming and collaboration with the Toa Payoh NPC and Toa Payoh Central Zone 4 Resident’s Network.

BTPTC will continue to make improvements in our estates, to create a better living space in the community!
