SG Clean Day continued in Marymount (MM) SMC this morning with clean-up activity carried out in Bishan Active Park, Zone 1, Zone 2 and Bishan Heights. Joining Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council Vice Chairman, Ms Gan Siow Huang, were BTPTC team, MM voluteers and students from Catholic High School and Whitely Secondary School.

Litter picking in pairs, there was amazing community clean-up efforts in common spaces like soceer fields, playgrounds, void decks, recess areas,carparks, bus stops,linkways and drains. Bags of rubbish collected included empty bottles, cigarette butts, used masks and tissues. Through this meaningful community event,  we hope to spread the anti-littering message and encourage residents to keep up good litter binning and proper disposal habits.
