More than 100 volunteers from Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council, Signify and the Residents’ Network came together for Lighting Up Homes 2025, a meaningful community initiative aimed at improving the daily lives of residents.
Volunteers visited rental households at Block 410 Sin Ming Avenue to distribute Philips Ultra Bright LED bulbs, which provide enhanced brightness while consuming less electricity. Through this initiative, residents were among the first in Singapore to benefit from the new lighting technology, supporting both household savings and energy sustainability.
Beyond the distribution, the event showcased the strong spirit of community partnership and volunteerism, with residents, partners and volunteers coming together to make a positive difference. Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council extends its heartfelt appreciation to everyone who contributed their time and effort towards making the initiative a success.
Together, we continue to build a brighter, greener and more caring community. 💡🏡✨
