BTPTC and BATU signed a new Collective Agreement

We are delighted that representatives from Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council (BTPTC) and Building Construction and Timber Industries Employees Union (BATU) signed a new Collective Agreement on 22 Dec 2023. Our Management has always put the welfare of our staff at heart, and we are glad to have the support from BATU to work towards the same goal – To help our staff stay competitive and enhance their well-being. BTPTC is a strong advocate of staff well-being and would always implement policies suitable for staffs personal and professional growth. We strongly believe that tripartism is important and we are always engaging relevant government agencies to upskill and re-skill our staff and collaborate with BATU to improve our policies in the interest of our staff. This is our COMMITMENT. We strongly believed that a motivated team would certainly benefit our residents. We will continue to work closely with with the government and BATU, to foster a stronger tripartite relationships for the betterment of our staff.
