SG Clean Day - Bishan East-Sin Ming

A prelude to the SG Clean Day on 31 October 2021, Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council Chairman, Mr Chong Kee Hiong, kick-started the clean-up activity at the bustling Bishan Town Centre. Leading a small team of Town Council staff and Bishan East-Sin Ming volunteers, everyone played their parts in picking up litter and returning trays. Being a high human traffic area, we are thankful that common spaces are generally clean, apart from occasional sightings of cigarette butts, empty bottles, used tissue papers and masks. We thank residents for binning litter and disposing refuse right, and encourage all to keep up the good practices in maintaining a clean & green estate! Together, We're Better Without Litter!
