Joint Outreach in Bishan East-Sin Ming

With the safety and well-being of residents as topmost priority, Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council (BTPTC) led a 3-agency joint outreach with the National Environment Agency (NEA) and Singapore Food Agency (SFA) to the eating houses in Bishan East-Sin Ming (BE-SM) on 19 June 2025! Joining BTPTC, NEA and SFA was MP for Bishan-Toa Payoh GRC Ms @Elysa Chen, who outreached to stallholders on proper food waste disposal and keeping the environment clean, in an effort to eradicate food sources for birds. The advisory outreach is part of BTPTC’s 4-Point Action Plan to stamp out crows in the estate, which includes: ✅ Trees Pruning ✅ Joint Patrols & Nest Removals ✅ Trapping ✅ Waste Control Together, making our estate cleaner and quieter in BE-SM! 💙💚
