BTPTC and NEA dengue joint operation

Following the rodent eradication exercise last Friday, Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council (BTPTC) and National Environment Agency (NEA) once again jointly conducted a Dengue Operation in Bishan East-Sin Ming, Toa Payoh West-Thomson and Toa Payoh Central earlier today. Observing prevailing SMM guidelines during the 4-hour exercise, staff stepped up ground inspection at common spaces, staff stepped up ground inspection at common spaces, construction sites and HDB residential blocks. Apart from the intensive corridor and ground checks, there was thorough cleaning of focus areas as well as oiling of drains and gullies.
