You can pay your service & conservancy charges (SC/CC) through the
Inter-Bank Giro.
To apply, simply:
1) Obtain a Giro Application Form from Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council or
print out a copy of this Giro Application Form.
2) Fill in Part I of the form only.
3) Return the completed form to :

An acknowledgement card will be sent to you upon receiving the completed
form
5) Giro application will take about 2 months to process. During this period,
please continue to pay by cash/cheque.
6) We will inform you of the commencement date for Giro deduction.
7) Maintain sufficient funds in your bank account.
