In order to provide convenience to residents in paying the service and conservancy charges, we have made available several modes of payment:

At our office counters from 8am to 5:30 pm (Mon-Fri), 8am to 12pm (Sat). Our addresses are as follows:

Cheque
Cheque should be made payable to 'Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council'. Please remember to include your address and TC Reference Number on the reverse side of the cheque.
