ePayment of Service & Conservancy Charges The steps for ePayment are: 1. First-time registration by first owner is required by clicking < Register >, then type the first owner's Town Council Account 11-digit number and NRIC number for validation. You will also be asked to set a password for subsequent logins. 2. Upon successful registration, click and type the Town Council Account number and password. Then input the necessary credit card details as prompted at the screen. An acknowledgment screen (see below) will show whether the ePayment transaction is successful. 3.
